They told my family they were well equipped to handle dementia patients during the sales process. This turned out to be untrue and they required me to bring in outside help at the cost of over $7,000 per month, on top of their $4,200 per month fee, to help my mother not get lost in their building!
BEWARE if you have a loved one with dementia. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. I wish someone would have warned me. (the food is not as good as they say it is as well- nice views from the 10th floor dining room, but objectively, the food is awful)
