Poor care. Grumpy and overworked staff. You can tell the money comes before the care here. The DNS puts on a great show and acts like she cares, but that's all it is, an act. I would NEVER put another loved one here again. Looks good on the outside but the good looks don't even come close to what happens on the inside!
