Nasty management. Poor care, grumpy nurses assistants, Good food. Thats all thats good. Failed state survey 3-2011. Front page news in Skagit Valley Herald 4-7-2011. for pt abuse. Allowed abusers to con't to work there after incidents Don't put a loved one there. What looks OK on the outside is horrible on the inside. Rating is actually less than 0.
