Nobody plans to need a nursing home. It's a backup plan at best. What sets this facility apart is the dissatisfaction with just "doing okay." There is a healthy awareness that the staff needs to keep learning, keep striving to do better. The image of a "nursing home" that most of us carry in our minds will be discarded once we step through the front door. The way this facility looks, smells and just feels shatters the stereotypes.
