It is my sincere hope that someone who works for this company sees these reviews and doesn't turn a blind eye to what s going on here. The residents are suffering because of the blatant ineffectiveness presented the people who do the staffing at this facility. The aides themselves are wonderful, but are clearly spread thin and working themselves to the point of exhaustion. Maybe it is due to favoritism of some kind or maybe something else. Either way, doing what you are doing to the employees directly affects the quality of care that the residents receive. And that is a shame. Spread the work out more efficiently. Get rid of the people behind the desks that have no clue what is going on on the floor.
There has been trouble with this facility and the state before. I hope the state sees that there is something going wrong here and that they only try to clean up and sweep everything under the rug right before state inspectors come in. As soon as they leave, it all falls apart again.
