i found out my cousin was in this facility. my family went to see her.
this is a depressing facility, it smelled foul. dirty and dingy. the
nursing assistants/staff were less than friendly, i was worried for
my cousin. i do not even know how she ended up in this place!!!
i am elderly and unable to care for her, or i would have removed
her from this dreadful place. i was a nursing assistant for 15 years,
in a wonderful facility, it just breaks my heart to KNOW she is not
getting the care she needs. i agree they need to bulldoze this facility, it is
antiquated!!!!

If you can get her moved to another facitlity please move her. My dad was there for 3 1/2 weeks contacted MRSA from Envoy and died 2 days later.
