I was in envoy 1/1/20011 -01/11/2011 they never submitted a bill to medicare now its to late and they say the 650.00 over what my ins.would pay I owe them now . itis now 8/10/2012. anyone that has medicare knows one year is all you have to clear up bills .19 months is a little long to wait to get payment ….. thank you envoy maybe you need to get some new office help .
