The staff at Envoy has gone out of their way to take care of both of my grandparents. Requests/concerns have been addressed quickly and they both seem to feel well cared for and about. As medical issues come up they are handled thoroughly and with haste. We have several family members in town and someone visits daily so we would most likely know if something was amiss. So far, we have not encountered any issues. We are all very happy!
