This is a poorly managed facility for elderly who have dementia. The elderly are not properly protected from injury. On a visit today, two women in the secure facility had black eyes and broken noses (from falls? Being dropped?). No hand rails on walls in facility. Do not put your loved one here.

The facility does and has always had hand rails to meet regulations. Please, do not judge facility by one false comment. We will be glad to take you on a tour of the facility. We have very loving staff and a great team. Thank you.
