Disappointed in quality of care given from nursing management to nurses who gave direct care. Due to lack of support for the nursing staff, care to the patient's were directly affected as nurses had very little time to care for resident needs. The health ratings are directly related to the time nursing staff have in regards to addressing other issues and making sure patient safety is at utmost importance. Not impressed at all with this facility and would not recommend this place to family and friends as myself and family members noticed how the staff took isolation measures with a grain of salt as they entered those rooms with no protection and then proceeded to enter other rooms. Many people here have MRSA and VRE and I wonder how many more patients get these superbugs from staff not gowning or gloving appropriately. I believe these issues are due to management not fully staffing the unit and not supporting the nursing staff.
