Poor care and questionable billing are certainly red flags and both are raised high when it comes to my own experiences at Seaside. Numerous complaints to management yielded no results. The administrator is nothing more that a used car salesmen-slick, fast talking and smug. I would not recommend this facility for the care of a loved one under any circumstances. The VA dept. of health gives them one star on a 5 star scale. Is this what you want for a parent or grandparent? There are SEVERAL better facilities that offer more at less cost. Do your homework-I wish I had done a better job!
