whoever left a 5star review must never have been there. the service was not only horrible the nurses were condesending. there's no communication between them whatsoever…unless you count gossip and LOUD gossip (at that) during the night. no service -they consistently take 10-30 (even more) minutes to even get to you when you press the help button (i don't care which shift it is, it's true all day long). when you ask them to help you with something they "help" but never follow through so you end up not being helped at all. the therapists are excellent because they fall under a different contract. i don't recommend this facility at all --you end up worse for going there than if you had just hired a nurse for home care.
