This place used to be pretty good until about June, then it has all gone downhill. The nurses run around because there is not enough help. The two head nurses dont even help them. The bells are always ringing for a long time and everyone is too busy to see who needs help. This place needs new management because the lady in there now seems to be more concerned with cutting staff to save money instead of giving quality care. Shame on you!

I concur. The niursing staff left my family member to lie in a urine soaked bed for hours until another family member came by to visit and then called immediate family to have the situation corrected. Overwhelmed with care needs and not enough staff on hand. Also, the staff onhand is very rude. If you have loved ones in this facility get them out of there ASAP or keep a close watch on this place. They also take things from one patient to use on others. I.E.- clothes, socks, boots, wheel chairs, etc. that have been paid for by other patients thru medicare. The new Head of Nursing is the rudest person we have ever dealt with. If you do not like working in the healthcare field then go flip burgers and let someone else who cares take care of others loved ones.
