I have to start off with this is the first negative thing I've ever posted about an organization. I'm not someone who complains but felt strongly about this and feel others should be aware. My Grandfather has been at this facility for the past month or so and while being "cared for" has been given food that he is deathly allergic to three times. He isn't able to speak so if he is having an allegeric reaction no one would know. We've brought this to their attention each time but apparently this isn't something they take seriously as it has happened three times. Luckily we were there the third time and were able to catch it and get him treated right away. If we had not been there it is very likely my Grandfather could have died.
The most recent event that happened was the CNA was told he needed to be put to bed and apparently this didn't happen because he fell out of his wheel chair and was laying on the ground when they found him. He is here because he had a stroke and isn't able to use his entire right side. This morning he was neglected once again and wasn't put to bed when he was suppose to be and fell out of his wheel chair again this time landing on his head. He had to be rushed to the emergency room and we have yet to hear what kind of condition he is in. If I could give this place a negative review I would. Please consider this posting before placing your loved one here.
