Facility is a grand scam, money driven, staffing is minimal, management is in the mode of scrambling to cover all deficiencies with threats to staff and residents alike. Many residents suffer from neglect, withheld meds,lack of food, angry staff who are overworked and browbeaten themselves. Management caters to few residents to look good. Not a safe, caring environment for your fragile, sick loved ones. Don't let the appearance or a first impression sway you, check and recheck
then pass on this facility. This review won't print unless you select a rating and I HAD TO SELECT A ONE STAR.
