After more than two years this center has dropped the ball. They put on a real show when the health department does inspections or corporate members are there. Always short handed for care and supplies. The food is horrible and served cold. 30 minutes wait for call bell to be answered. Those in charge say one thing and do another. Many time meds are not there because someone forgot to order them. Issues and problems if ever solved last about a week and then the same issues are there again. No snacks are given out and when asked the residences are told they have run out and there is nothing in the kitchen available. Weekends are the worse at being understaffed. They run out of orange juice, yogurt, towels and wash clothes, pull-ups and diapers. Hot dogs are served on the menu once a week. Residents are left in the bathroom for 30 mins alone. Not allowed outside to get fresh air or sunlight. Resident Counsels are only given the run around when issues are brought up to the facility and there is never anything done. They always have an excuse for the care that residents receive. Very sad place to be. Don't even take your dog there!
