Do not send your loved one to this facility. My husband fell out of bed twice and out of his wheelchair once.Before he entered Radford Rehab he could walk with a walker. After the fall, he is unable to use a walker because he cannot put any weight on the leg. They are supposed to check on patients every two hours and take them to the bathroom. This did not happen with my husband. He was not incontinent before, but , since he didn't understand how to call for an aide, he had to wet in his pants. The staff does not respect the dignity of the patient and is rude to the family if they complain.
