This rehab does not make sure resident is clean. They have left the resident in need of things for over 45 mins. before responding. The staff let the resident suffer for hours before deciding it best to go to ER. Instead of believing family member -what was best for patient. Staff was very nice, & polite to family visiting , but then seems intimidating to resident; made resident afraid to ask for help. Afraid they will be treated worse if ask nurses or any staff for further assistance. I would had wanted to know about how caring & respectful staff were to residents & how they respond to their complete health needs/physical/medical.
