They neglect and abuse their patients (not all staff- but enough that it is a SERIOUS problem.) Additionally, the food served consists of hot dogs, stale chips, mystery casseroles and other poorly prepared items. My father has lost 25 lbs in 3 months. Do NOT place your loved ones here at any cost.

Most of the staff have a bad attitude or just don't care. When you ask them a question or for assistance they are too busy or will tell you to wait your turn. Some of the nurses seem to care but they are outnumbered and almost look Intimidated by the others. Not a great a place to be.

My grandmother has been in this facility since the spring. She went in as a rehab patient and decided that it was where she wanted to remain. My family is quite satisfied with the care that she has gotten and she absolutely loves the staff and the residents. She is NEVER in her room, as there are so many activities for her to occupy herself with. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a caring residential setting with high quality surroundings.
