The care here is horrible!! Being in the medical field and seeing how they respond to a medical emergency is terrible. My husband and I had to argue with the nurses and the Doctor for 2 hours to have my mother in law sent to the ER. They degraded us and made us feel like we were making the wrong decision. Well she was admitted for 3 days with IV antibiotics and needed 3 blood transfusions… but she was doing OK according to the staff at this facility!! This happened twice within 2 weeks so she will be transferred where the nursing staff can actually do their job!! We overlooked the appearance of the place but we can't overlook the overall health of my mother in law!!
