My loved one has gone down-hill considerably since admission. Things look great on the outside and it once had a great reputation, but the inside is full of turmoil and uneven care -sometimes good- sometimes awful. They always seem to be trying to give as little information as they can get away with and there seems to be a lack of forthrightness in communication. This place is not what it used to be years ago. You can do better for your loved one.
