Medical Director has been investigated and reprimanded by the Board of Medicine more than once for improper dispensing of narcotics. Food served to residents is unpalatable-beyond just institutional: hours old cold toast with fatty corned beef or overcooked, dried out fish filets too tough to cut with a knife.
