Resident who hit my mother and I am told by CNAs, hits other residents, is allowed to freely roam the hallways and not confined to her room.
They serve watered down Orange Juice with meals and Frozen Apple Juice with meals for the residents.
Phone rings off the hook when trying to get the nurses station….when answered the person is usually rude.
Clothes and slippers disappear out of residents rooms no longer to be seen again.
Administrator is rude and of no help
