This facility is unclean (the smell of urine, roaches and dirty, just an unclean environment), disappointing and disturbing experience!
They seem to care more about revenue than the patients and their family members concerns.
Being a regular visiting family members we (other family members and friends) have observed some very disturbing scenarios. Patients not fully dressed, left unattended (not being fed), patients not being properly cared for, unprofessional attitudes on all levels (rudeness and disrespect). Whatever happened to treating the patients with dignity and compassion and treating the family with respect and understanding. Transparency… none. I would not recommend this facility to others as I believe that (some) are in this business of care to make a few extra dollars. I did come across one outstanding Aide. We miss them (on behalf of our parent). This person demonstrated a genuine concern.
