My objective review of this place is infinitely hard to do, since my experience was my Dad's stay. I am not a nurse, but this nursing staff missed some very basic health indicators. If you only need a baby-sitter, probably not bad. If you need actual qualified Nurses, this staff missed a patient with extreme dehydration, and a massive infection at the surgical site, plus severe bed sores. The dehydration was not as obvious to me, but the extreme pain and paleness should have been an instant red flag to this nursing and doctor staff. He was in for only 6 days, and developed an infection that came very close to killing him.
Was he a high needs rehab patient? Yes. He is 79, recovering from spinal surgery, has high-blood pressure, and recently diagnosed with onset diabetes. Does this excuse missing 3 massive infections that were oozing from the surgical site? Hell no!
