This facility is not where I would want my worst enemy to be. Very dirty,smells of urine. Staff are useless,not what a caregiver should be

This place is a money-making factory for collecting insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid payments. There's little question that the facility covers itself on inspection, licensing, and certification requirements, but the real conditions are another matter. For a whopping $295 per day self-pay fee, my parent was put in a dismal, crowded room and barely received any care or attention. Go elsewhere.

Physical Therapy was fantastic and top notch. The nursing staff is passionate about what they do.
When I fell I felt like my life was over and one of my doctors called me Humpty Dumpty. But now I've been able to start over. I'm getting a little more independent everyday. BW

My sister was in Woodbine for 3 years because she could not afford to go somewhere better. Some nice people but nurses and aides do only what is minimally necessary. If you are hoping for a place to give your loved one good care, Woodbine is not it!

Therapy staff is wonderful. No doctor in facility and getting one is difficult. Most nurses are good, but they have some rotten apples. Director of nursing seemed to addressed issues.

My Dad was in isolation for C-Diff and they left him for hours with a blanket that visibily had poop on it. The size of the fresh poop stain was that of a mug stain but solid. I had to request that the Nurse change his bed linens.
