The staff are great with my mom. I feel like they care about her as a person and provide her with dignity. They seem short staffed and are very busy but they still make time for each patient. The facility is always clean and does not have the offensive "nursing home" smell. The building itself is older but the care my loved one more than makes up for the older facility.
