We have a family member at Deer Creek, but not for long. The facility is so under-staffed that the CNAs are almost running down the halls to care for the residents.… Full Review
There is water damage in some of the rooms. Patients have had to move to other rooms. Families are worried about mold in the building. Full Review
7/11/12 Not enough staff. The 100 wing has approx 40-50 patient's. Several are total lift and care. Only one nurse available and maybe two cna's. This is outragious. Most days when I go, there is only one CNA. Deer Creek works it's nursing… Full Review
