Many of the staff are dedicated and caring. However, the facility is very old and poorly furnished.Most of the residents seem to dislike the food. The building frequently smells bad and this summer was allowed to be infested with house flies.
Patients personal cleanliness and grooming is neglected at times.Some patients are often moved within the facility which is hard on dementia patients.
