My mother in law pushed her call button yesterday evening and had to wait for over an hour, and only after my husband called them did they respond. She could have been having a heart attack, and no one would have checked on her. I only hope that this is not how all nursing homes operate. I also only hope this was a one time mistake and not how things are always done there.
