DON'T SEND YOUR PARENTS HERE! (unless you want them to die)
This home is not kind or caring to seniors at all. They don't bring meds on time and sometimes not at all. They slam doors on their rooms. They don't bring clean night gowns. The scare them into believing if they tell their family they are not happy it will be worse for them. They don't bring them simple things like water all day…really. I personally have been on the phone and asked my mother to push the call button. (for water, for the bathroom) We waited together on the phone for 1 hour before they ever came. This didn't happen just once but over and over and over. They have a switchboard where they listen in on their conversations (you can hear the clicking) One even told my mother I heard what you told your daughter. ;( scary. To get my mother water I would have to call several times a day and maybe someone would bring her water. I had to overnight her a cell phone so should could call when she needed help. I would then wait with her on the phone until someone came and sometimes they never ever did. Whatever you do DON"T SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE OR CARE ABOUT HERE.
