The staff at mission oaks are very courteous and compassionate. They are always willing to stop and answer any questions I have. They are reassuring and nurturing. I always feel comfortable asking questions about my brother. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. I know that my loved one is well taken care of and he is in good hands. It is very difficult when we are not able to take care of a loved one at home. The staff at mission oaks make it possible for one to have peace of mind and know that a family member is in good hands and being treated with respect, care, and compassion. This has been my observation of the care at mission oaks.
