ARBOR TERRACE HEALTH CARE CENTER SHOULD SHUT DOWN ASAP! DOGS GET BETTER CARE THAN THIS NURSING HOME , THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE FOCUS IS ON MAXIMIZING FINANCIAL PROFIT INSTEAD OF PROVIDING THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE QUALITY CARE. UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA AT SAN FRANCISCO ,PROVES A POINT FOR PROFIT NURSING HOMES DO NOT NEED MORE MONEY FROM MEDICAID OR FROM THEIR RESIDENT IN ODER TO PROVE THE QUALITY OF RESIDENT CARE. INDEED IT IS THE NON-PROFIT FACILITIES WHO OVERALL PROVIDE A HIGHER QUALITY OF CARE THAN THE FOR PROFIT, GREED DRIVING FACILITIES.

You are so right! Arbor Terrace Health Care Center is an especially dangerous place to place anyone that you care about. We moved our mother out because she was injured and then when we complained they tortured her withholding care and lying their way through it to authorities, and blaming her for her serious injuries which caused her death, and by the way they have NO LIABILITY INSURANCE. Jay Saywer who is the administrator there, is a fiend and a bully who terrorizes his staff and the innocent residents. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and stay clear of this nursing home.
