This facility has deteriorated in the past year since expanding their operations but not the staff. The evening nursing staff is limited to one nurse located on the second floor. Nurses aides are trained to answer night calls from patients by turning off the light and later notifying the nurse on the second floor. Often the food was late and cold. The social worker was a trainee and dismissed medicare patients after one week, apparently, to make room for more profitable patients.
