Review of The Park in Plano

The staff, in general, has a caring and helpful attitude. Sometimes there is a language barrier between the staff and the English speaking residents, but most of the staff has been helpful and caring. The facility is clean, does not smell of urine or other bodily fluids, which is SO important. The courtyards are beautiful with flowers, fountains, and birds enjoying it all. There are also many beautiful flower arrangements throughout the facility, all of which are fresh and changed frequently. Any and all of our concerns for my Mother in her final resting days have been addressed to the best of their ability. I would recommend the Park in Plano.
