Be very mindful when putting a loved one at this facility or any other. The times that I have walked in to visit a family member there. She was often left alone in her wheelchair in the hall. I have seen others the same way.
My mom was left in her wheelchair for hours and hours. A couple of things I had brought up at the care plan meetings which were not addressed or taken take of. She was neglected and they didn't catch my mom being sick.
I saw the signs and caught it and took her to the emergency room.
The roommates she had were very good to my mom and watched over her and always gives me feedback. The residents themselves do complain about the facility, but we often dismiss their observations.
My mom, developed bed sores and not treated properly, she was not given liquids on a regular basis. Her drinks were often left at her bedside for hour untouched.
I don't recommend this facility. There are better ones out there. Campbell is pretty good.
