The place is new so of course it looks great. They seem to be well staffed, professional and caring. You do get the impression that their work is a 'calling' for them. When I've been there (7 times in 2 weeks) my husband has been clean, his room is clean and no dirty clothes left to pile up. When you call for assistance someone cimes w/in 5 minutes. The food is good and served hot. Honestly, I've never seen staff just hanging around doing nothing. This is the busiest staff I've ever seen. I have confidence in my husband's quality of care and well-being. I appreciate that.
