first of all residents live here because they do not have a choice,and they and their relatives need to be grateful that they are being taken care of by public funding
the level of care is obviously not five star,workers are immigrants who are under paid and over worked
most staff members are polite and pleasant and will get the job done eventually
residents will not be given a bath unless staff is reminded by family
sanitation and foul odors remain a problem
flu shots were not given in a timely fashion which can be a big deal for the elderly
there is failure in communication between day and night staff and night staff are not aware of what is going on
if you have a loved one residing in first colony rehab due to lack of other options you had better stay on top of things
