The building is a mess, trash cans over flowing seems no one cleans. Carpets in the hallway are full of stains. When you talk with the administrator about any concerns she pretends to be interested but is easily distracted if her phone goes off. Not content with that but then again what else is expected from someone who is never physically there or returns calls. Staff can be rude, no friendly smiles when you walk in. Front office seems too concerned with gossip and meddling in what goes on in everyone's life. Makes me wonder if they're giving away information about my mother! Could be a better place if it was ran by someone who cared about the image of the facility instead of her own image. Few nurses are very nice and caring there, you can tell they love what they do.
