My Grandmother was there for rehab and I was not pleased with how the Director of Nursing handled problems. She sought out a scapegoat (one person only)
to blame for a problem rather than addressing the problem its self. Blaming and punishing one person did NOT make the problems go away but she seemed pleased with her witch hunt strategy and would tell us the problem was solved even as it continued. I would definitely not recommend Castle Pines to anyone. They are uninterested in addressing issues. They'd rather cover them up with empty gestures.
