When a patient rings for assistance it can take the nurses up to an hour to respond with the CNA's coming to turn off the light. We have had medication not in stock where you are suppose to keep at least 3 days in case of an emergency. They treat you like you do not know what is going on and for some they do not and for that it saddens me. They need the nurses to care more, It is just a paycheck for many of them. I have had times where I felt we had fallen into a severe gap. No answers and so many questions. They do not try to help you with this they just say our hands are tied. Well help us find out what the next step is to untie them we are new to this you should not be.
