Regent took care of my mom for a little over a year before she passed away. The nursing staff is generally outstanding. Once in awhile it took a few minutes for the bells to be answered but it wasn't for the staff standing around doing nothing (they were busy with other folks). The place was CONSISTENTLY clean. The front desk ladies were the cream of the crop, and always had time for kind words and encouragement. I would recommend Regent Care for anyone dealing with such a heart-wrenching decision as to put a loved one in an assisted living facility.
