The main complaint that we have is that this facility is under staffed, expecially at night.They go from a full crew during the day to only one person working an entire hall after 10 pm.It makes it impossible for the patient's needs to be met in a timely manner.They told us they did not run a skeleton crew,that they were fully staffed but that is not what we have experenced.Even after we have complained and were promised by the management that the long delays in care would not happen again,it still goes on.We don't blame the workers,they seem hard working,good people,they just can not cover all they are expected to do.

Administration staff is horrible no help at all.The aides and nurses were wonderful over worked under paid for all they do.I Would not recommend this place to no one unless they get a administrative make over.
It's not only scary, from personal experience it's deadly! My loved one died because of the negligence of this facility. Please, please, please do not recommend anyone to this place. And you are right, the administrator is like a visitor. So is the D.O.N. doesn't seem to know what in the heck is going on with her staff…so she says.
I couldn't agree more. Very poor management and my complaints fall on deaf ears. The Administrator is like a visitor who is not involved. Very poor management skills. Staff tries but no support.
I agree with this review and I have witnessed this lack of night shift staff. The adminstartive office has also given me empty promoises of changed, but after a year still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. How can 194 bed facilty patient's needs be met if there aren't proper staffing? Impossible It's scary!!
