Level of nursing incompetency, lack of professional services in the provision of medical care, gross negligence and un-sanitation are extreme at this facility. Will never recommend after my family members horrendous experience. RHHR dropped the ball on medicines; doctors orders were not followed through on; nursing communications were non-existent between each other or shifts; staff was confrontational and rude. My family member contracted two severe infections - UTI and bowel while there.
