This place is a DAM joke. They don't keep up with med for the patience like they are suppose too, and they do not help provide the help that a person needs after they return home. The nurse are not in a hurry at all to take care of the patience. I WILL NEVER HAVE MY FAMILY THERE AGAIN JOKE JOKE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

First of all you need to learn how to spell. Secondly the facility is regulated by the Department of Aging & Disability and has been meeting federal & state standards. If you had a grievance against the facility you should have brought forth your concerns to the Administrator or Director of Nurses who would have investigated your claim. If your complaint was factual measures would have been taken to insure the safety & care of your family member. Finally the facility attempts to make your transistion to home as simple as possible, but once you are home you & your family are responsible for the care.
