My Mother has been in Heritage Park since the day it opened and we are extremenly pleased, having been in 2 other facilities. I find the staffing ratio higher than any other facility around and everyone wants in the secured unit, since the residents get one-on-one attention. Katy is honored to have such a fine facility!

One on one attention? 14 Alzheimer's residents with one aide can hardly be construed as one-on-one.
