I would have wanted to know that the staff is terrible and can get away with the un-speakable by lying. The entire place is all about "CYA". They look at the effect of their actions not the cause of the frustration. Never have I felt so helpless about the lack of care my mother was receiving. They don't answer their phones on a regular basis, do not return calls, will not let you speak to a doctor(only a NP), some staff a certifibly crazy and lie to the patients, hang up on you and refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. And when you finally do get ahold of someone who is supposed to help they take the side of the nut job who gets away with insane behavior by lying about everything. Worst decision we ever made.
