HORRIBLE CARE. At Avante @ Boca Raton, they employ mostly folks from the islands… as in Haiti, Dominican Republic, -- very few native born USA citizens. The people they do hire have no urgency to provide quality. The administration cuts costs, patients suffer, and the finance department bills $200+ per day for an ex LaQuinta hotel converted to a "skilled" (ahem) nursing facility.

This review is for the Florida facility that has no connection with Avante Rehabilitation Center in Irving.
Avante Rehabilitation Center in Irving, TX is not affiliated with any of the Avante buildings located elsewhere. I had looked them up on the internet and came across some in Florida and asked that question when I toured. Avante in Irving is owned and operated by a young couple and I was told that this is their only building.
