My mother in law was in this facility , we wanted this to be short term in hopes of getting her the therapy that she needed however we wound up taking her out of there for more health issues that she came in with. i have never been to a place that was so reluctant to allow us take to the hospital to get her further evaluated. I was asked " are you taking her against medical advice" and seeing how sick she was just from her physical appearance how could someone not be medically advising that she be seen outside of this facility. She was severely dehydrated, she had a UTI, and she had signs of a stroke. But they were not medically advising we take her to the hospital. She was in such poor condition they immediately admitted her. I they have clinical staff that are that under trained and personnel that is that reluctant to allow a family to intervene then that is a place where you do not what you elderly loved ones to reside. I would seriously not advise anyone to be a resident there. They seriously lack compassion and caring on professional level as well as a personal level when it comes to interaction with the family.
