My mother was over at Legend on Queenston Blvd no one would go into her room to clean her for about 4hours some of the staff stated she wouldnt let them i told them next time call me but they never did i used a white towel to just wash my face and back the towel came back black i just bursted out in tears beause i trusted Legend to take better care of her.my mother was there for maybe 2months then i met this new cna i swear she was an angel she took care of my mom very well she even won employee of the month the days she off my mom would just ask for her but it was ok because i knew she was coming back well they fired her she was with the company for over a year he fired her while she was under doctors care then a month later he tired to get her to come back with fmla.After that everyone was quitting or working PRN those girls mad a differance the patients loved them and they loved there patientsbut know they are all gone i hope they would come back for the patients.But until then I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LEGEND OAKS TO NO ONE.VERY VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT DONT CARE ABOUT THESE HARMLESS PEOPLE THEY NEED SOMEONE TO LOVE THEM TO.

I agree stay away from this place the management is heartless they would rather kick your loved one out than care for their needs if there happens to be a problem. I feel for the nursing staff they really seem to care but they have zero support.
